  1. Personally I stick with what I know works....kibble.  I use 8in1 Ultimate and Wellness Core cat kibbles.

There is controversy with canned food for ferrets.  Some say there is so much moisture in the food that ferrets can't absorbed the nutrients necessary.  Some also say the moisture leads to prolapsed r****m and bad teeth.  On the other hand some say kibble is too hard on a ferrets delicate intestines.

So far I have had no bad luck with bagged kibble.

  2. No, bad for their teeth and makes them have very runny poo!! I look after a friends ferrets when she is away and she feeds them on Pets at Home Ferret Complete food. It is a dry food and they love it, straight at the bowl when they hear the bag rustle!!

  3. no! diffently not, otherwise their teeth will roit......................

normal dry cat biscuts is normal everyday stable diet.

make sure they have a consent supply of cat biscuts - not to much or to little.

but, if you really would luv to spoil your ferret feed him/her avocado, soft boiled eggs and cooked chicken.
