  1. Yup!

My mom and dad were born there. But their grandparents were actually born in India. So I'm not Africa-American and neither is anyone in my family. My parents and aunts (etc) were all born and lived there for half of their lives. My parents moved to the US to start a family. Oh yeah - they lived in Kenya. They love it there and want to go back. The culture grew on them.

  2. Yes I have been told by older family that there is bloodlines in the family on my mother and fathers sides alike. It is distant, but I'm still proud of that ancestry, like my other ancestries. Most of americans have at least one distant black ancestor from the Civil War.Usually it is ashamed of and not documented in you're family history as far as there ethnicy, but luckily my great-grandmother has known she has had african blood in her family. Its nice to have a lot of ancestries,so you can be proud of many heritages.

  3. no it does not.
