  1. There is nothing normal about any of my dreams.  The dream worlds we create in our heads have no rules.  There are no laws of physics so anything can happen in them.

  2. I have nightmares about real live people.  You need to find a group to talk about this with.  Getting it out and talking about it helps a lot to put it behind you.  You need to get to the base of what it is your really afraid of.

  3. I haven't had any nightmares to speak of.  However, I guess these are more premonition dreams.

When I don't want to deal with these, I will emerse myself in Lavender.  I does something to my senses to ease me.

Whether it be a sachet of sorts or bed spray, or soap.  It doesn't matter.  However, I would suggest taking a gallon of water, a cup of Lavender & bathing in it.

    This is how:

Take the gallon of water & bring to a boil.  Take your cup of Lavender, wrap in cheese clothe, tie off & boil it for 10 min. Let cool for the same time. Then start a bath with water as hot as you can stand it.  Add some baby oil(unscented) to your bath & pour the boiled Lavender into the tub.  Sit & soak.  Make sure that you have steam & inhale it from your bath.  When you get into the tub, Make sure your mind is clear, try not to think about anything.

This will relax you & help to clear your mind.  You can even set the cheese clothe bag in your bath too.

This is wonderful!!  Lavender is a Natural Relaxing Herb!

Well then Deni, obviously you started having these when you stopped involving yourself.  Then get back involved.

The dreams you are having, may not even represent you at all.  What I am saying is these people most likely are having some kind of strife in their lives.  You in the dream, may represent something else in their lives.

You most likely need to get back "involved" with what ever you once were involved in.  Simple as that.

  4. I would not call it a night mare but only last night I drempt I was talking to my mum she dies January 85

Today I have attended my granddaughters school chistmas nativity.

Mum told me she was also going to watch it with me

the school hall was full the seat next to me was empty

  5. No I don't.

  6. I have had a nightmare if we come upon a not so nice ghost or spirit.  What I find that helps for me is to talk about it with my group and then suddenly feel better and more at ease.  Then there are times my remedy to not dream about what we have run into is I just don't go to bed and stay awake all night.  Thank Goodness for Cable Movies!  There are plenty of nights that I just blow it off and find that the dream I am having is a premonition dream.

The trick I am going to try is what all of you have suggested.  Just because I am in Paranormal Group sure doesn't mean I have to stay awake all night anymore.  I answered and ended up getting great ideas to help me and some of my group.  Thank-You to you all!

  7. Well, sort of. You see, I suffer from Post traumatic stress disorder, from childhood abuse. So for me, the spirits are an emotional memory "trigger" (it's being approached by things I can't see during the night while I'm sleeping).

How to get rid of them? Honestly? I ask God and my guardian angels to help me not remember anything that might scare me. It works for me.

Good luck. Here's hoping you find peace soon. :)

  8. Not really but sometimes I get nightmares.

  9. Well , Denie

It all depends , i've found out by reading your questions and answers that you are truely fascinated by the paranormal field. It's costantly on your mind :) like me and the rest of us in this section lol ,  i have them all the time. When i go to bed i either say i won't have any dreams tonight, i will think of something else or i won't go to eat a snack before bed with sweets which psychologically proven if you eat sweets before bed it sometimes triggers nightmares...  In other words before you go to bed try keeping your mind on other things you enjoy :) Try it and tell me what happens
