It would be possible to implant a person and recieve biometric telemetry from a transmitter.

There is NO technology, drug, or brain altering wave that can predicatble control a human. our understanding of the brain is infantile. Sure you can give LSD to somebody a freak them out, or another drug to depress them into suicidal ideations, but you cant control actions.

I think it's bogus.

While using cell phones one runs into dead air space.

Same thing when using satellite TV.

So I highly doubt they had transmitters to read brain waves when MRI technology has been around under 20 years.

I think our government has better access to our daily lives through our social security numbers and they way we spend our money with charge cards.
