You can buy a monofin at your local swimming store, or you can buy them online at http://www.swimoutlet.com/Monofins_s/395... they are fairly expensive though they run usually within $50-$300. Usually you do need to buy the higher quality ones that are in the $100-$300 range for them to last longer.
