Question:

Do any of you know of any good art institutes and Flute instuctors(teachers) close to West New York, NJ?

I want to learn about as many of the good art schools out there so that when im out of HighSchool i can go study animation and photography! (im going to my Junior year)

I also want to learn how to read music and learn to play either the flute or the Violin

They (the schools) must have a website so i can study them

more and the Music tutors, instuctors have to be close to West New York, NJ so my mother can drive me to them!

  2. Hi there.

    There's a teacher named Lloyd McNeill who is both a flautist and a figure drawing teacher that gave great instruction at Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts.  Contact their admissions about whether or not they have any animation classes; when I was there they didn't but I was part of some of their first animation clubs.  These clubs had access to the computer equipment and 3d softwares at the Engineering Vizlab departments.  I know the campus down in Camden had their animation department set up there.

    The other schools I know of there are Parsons, SVA, and Joe Kubert School of Cartoon & Graphic Art.
