  1. Yes I combine food.  I wouldn't know another way to eat.  I love different food combinations and I can't imagine if I had to eat each food separately.

  2. No, the "science" of food-comining went out with legwarmers.

Just eat a varied vegan diet, and drink plenty of water to combat the gas.

  3. Yes, of course.

Most everyone one I know from other countries already know this.

Most people all around the world know food combining as part of their culture.  They just know that you should not eat this or that together as it is bad for one's digestion.  But you get weird people around here in N. America with no cultural history, such as my co-workers for example, who at lunch will eat:  processed ham sandwich, milk or coffee, banana, and who knows what.  Then not long later "Oh... I can feel my lunch churning in there..."  DUH!  Didn't everyone quickly figure this out when they were a kid and drank some milk, then drank some orange juice and immediately your stomach gets all weird and you don't feel very well...?

Whole grain pb sandwhich is a good digestive combination. What the problem is, it likely the bread.  Whenever I eat that sliced bread that comes in a plastic bag... man, I get all bloated and gassy.  I don't eat it anymore... I just eat naturally leavened organic bread now.
