Do any of you work at chilies?

I was think about getting a job at chilis and i wanted to know the average amount of tips a week you get? Thanks SO much!!

Tips average depending on where you work, when you work, and how you work. Many things factor into tip averages.

Your Tips depend on your customers and your customers depend on you! thats how u will know if the tips will be good or not, by your own actions, speed, courteousnesses, ect. As far as the restaurant goes, they have decent business, more so if in a heavily populated town.

I used to work at Chili's and you can get some pretty decent money there.  $100 on a Friday or Saturday night each is not uncommon.  You can make a couple hundred a week in tips depending on the time of your shift, how long you work, the amount of shifts you work, and the location of the Chili's.

My brother works there and gets great tips, but he also has great customer service skills.  If you want big tips, you have to work for them.  So pretty much, you have to be fake with people unless you're an insanely happy person 24/7 which I doubt because that's just weird.  Just tell people what they want to hear and you'll get the big bucks.

i dont work at chillis but my older sister does and she gets about

30 dollars a week.from tips.

I've never worked at Chili's before. I'm thinking you'll probably get a decent and average amount of tips a week. You can ask them how much their tips they give out is. They probably will tell you...
