Do any other countries besides Canada prevent entry with a dui on your record?

I do not know which countries prevent entry but here is a list of places that really do not take kindly to drinking and driving. If you were from El Salvador, for example, you would not be able to ask this question on Yahoo Answers - you would be dead - put in front of a firing squad and shot - first offense is the last offense.
