Well basiclly i was trying the baseon technique when my arm fell of it really hurt does any1 know how i can grow it back

me and my friends play handball everyday

when serving throw the ball up like a tennis serve and hit it... you will get more speed and better spin

when hitting a short hopper lean back and hit it side arm

when hitting a kill shot never hit it with your palm always with the lower part of your fingers

if you play with the rule under the legs hit for 2 bounces:

when hitting it under the legs hit it when the ball starts to come down after the second shot..

When hitting off the back wall, crouch very low and do a sidearm swing with your hand cupped. This will put side spin on the ball and when it comes off the front wall it will hit the floor on the first bounce then skip sideways. Drives your opponent nuts.
