Which picture? There's about a dozen of 'em.

Look you wanna learn to do something, do it. Don't whine about it being hard,and don't complain about having to buy the apps to do it. If you want to do it, it'll take some effort on your part. If you're a cheapskate, get Gimp. it's free. Get it, learn it, then do it.
