I studied Pedagogy and worked for 10 years in an alternative school named Pestalozzi in Quito Ecuador. I dont work there anymore cause I live in a different city where I cannot find alternative teaching places. I would like to teach my 7 years old son but I need money support. I strongly believed that mothers´ job is great and deserves support and it is difficult to decide been mother in a world that finds out that getting a job outside of the house represents the way woman can success in life. I consider that been mother and spend full time with sons will enhance their learning and will create intelligent, sensitive people who make a better world for the future.

  1. There are many great ways for moms to work at home and homeschool.  It really is doable if you are organized and dedicated to success.

Here is some information that will help you find an opportunity that's right for you:

I've had friends who've had good luck in virtual customer service:

  2. Um, yeah. Those who financially support homeschooling mothers are usually called husbands, or perhaps defactos.

If you are single, you still can homeschool your son, but only if you are on a parenting pension or are working and have someone to look after your son while you work. No one is going to pay you to teach your son at home. Goodness, if the government did that, who'd bother going to work?

  3. You would need to figure out a way to make money from home. Nobody will pay you to homeschool your son.
