Do anyone experience any pain in their dreams?

I noticed that it wasn't reality and i pinched myself in the dream. i felt pain ? :O

like someone else said, I can't remember if I've felt pain or not, but I've fallen off of sky scrapers and felt that roller coaster feeling in my stomache, and I'll wake up with my arms flying about, haha

Yes, I have muscle spasms in my calves and neck sometimes and that incorporates itself into my dreams occasionally. But yes, sometimes the dreams themselves create pain.. such as dreaming of being shot etc.

I've never felt any pain in my dreams. A lot of times I'll start to realize that I'm dreaming and I'll bite my tongue to make sure. If I feel pain, I'm awake, if I don't, I'm asleep. I think that sometimes people believe their dreams so deeply (While there dreaming them I mean) that they convince themselves they're feeling pain when in reality they aren't. Of course, I could be completely wrong in thinking that.

Oddly enough though, I have woken up feeling pains in an arm after dreaming that same arm had been crushed by something. Although, that's a bit different from your question, huh?

I feel pain in my dreams all the time. Like if I'm dreaming that a part of my body such as my leg is hurting I'll wake up and my leg will really be hurting. For some reason I have dreams about my teeth a lot (I love my teeth they ar really nice and I have the fear that something will happen to them one day). Anyway, in my dreams my teeth will be hurting or falling out and when I wake up my mouth would be throbbing. But alot of people feel in their sleep.

no but like when im half asleep and dreaming and like i fall in the dream i will react in real life as if i was relly falling
