  1. The legal aspects of special ed  in public schools needs to be researched. Most people don't know that public schools are corrupt with special ed in schools.

Most times here on the answers board, I get thumbs down everywhere I go trying to warn people about this.

The people who give thumbs down either

    1) Don't have a child in special ed

    2) Have not searched the internet for info on this.

All you have to do is search the internet to find out the corruption all over the USA

  2. The Incidence of Bipolar Disorder in Learning Disabled Boys ages 10-18

The Correlation of Handedness and Eyedness in Dyslexic (or Learning Disabled in Reading) Boys

The Use of Cursive Writing to Improve Reading and Writing Skills in Tourette Syndrome Students (flow of letters strung together stops the choppiness of manuscript letters and improves reading/writing using rhythmic movements used of cursive)

  3. a good topic is

    cerificates of completion

    and/or modified standard diplomas

    is it disrimination

are tehy worth the paper they are written on?

they are alternative diplomas often given to students with IEPS-Certifictae of completion is not recognized by colleges/many employes

Modified diplomas may bot be accepted at certain places

also-overuse of IEPs when a 504 plan would be appropriate-

the IEp puts teh child is a more restrictive environment in violation of teh law

i.e-a student wioth spinal cord injury that only needs physical assistance should have a 504-not an IEP

a student who is blind-with no other learnign difficulties-should receive a 504 plan-not an IEP
