There's plenty of on-line listings.  Many are out of date on financial info.

It's faster than using Yahoo Answers.

If you contact any of the funding cherities, keep in mind that they don't legaly need to respond.

There are directories of foundations and grants programs at your local library. You can also call your local United Way and ask them if they have any classes on fundraising or a library for people looking for funding resources.

The easiest funding to attract is *local* funding, and it's best cultivated through personal, in-person contacts.
