Do anyone heard about Hydroponics Treatment System?

May I know which country is using this water treatment system?Normally how they treat the graywater?Is it effective?

The US has a few. A colleague of mine designed one to provide tertiary treatment for sanitary waste. Essentially, it was an artificial cattail wetland tacked on to a package plant to remove nutrients from the water before discharge. It was quite efficient and cost almost nothing to operate. I don't know that it would do as much for greywater, though.
