Do anyone know how english is taught in china?

Have you seen a man on TV who teaches English conversation in a stadium packed to full capacity and he shouted out word by word and sentence by sentence and the people just say after him.  He just keep on repeating the words with translation using the drilling process.  The people like it and learn fast and that is one way in China.

chinese, specially those who want to help in olympics want to learn english,

their are groups of people tutoring them,the ones who want to learn, some even talk to foreigners to practice their english
