    Lowes does use this system. I'd say just lie and tell them what you think they want to hear. I got hired by them about a year ago. However, like the girl said earlier leave a lasting impression. Like all customer service related jobs make sure that you let them know that you like to make people smile, even if you don't say it directly.

  3. I don't know specifically, but I had to take a test like that to work at the bank I used to work for. My advice is to answer exactly as you think they would want you to answer. Thats the way to master any type of employment test and or interview. Same thing seemed to work for me in college. Your key to success is to figure out what the teacher (in this case, employer) wants to hear. Unfortunately, you must sacrifice your opinions  and replace them with the response of a robot. However, in the actual interview, you should always adhere to this rule as well as making sure you leave a lasting impression, but standing out as an individual. You cannot appear to be saying what they want to hear. Its a true art form.
