Do anyone know if the YAHOO SINGAPORE AUCTION is safe?

I bid for a LG PRADA PHONE at only SGD 88. And I won the Bid. So seller is from China and had ask me to transfer the money to his china bank account in China so that he could deliver the goods in 3-5 days time. Is this another scam or something? Please help me.

Make sure you check the sellers feedback. Make sure they didn't just start selling within a few months. You need to see some positive history. If you think it's a scam, don't send your money. Yahoo will do nothing to help you if you are scammed. And with this guy being in China, your local police probably can't do much either.  

If I can't pay with PayPal, I don't buy. But that's me. There are lots of scam artists out there, buyer beware! Good Luck.
