Do anyone know if when you pay the price at the gate for kings dominion, do you have to pay for the stamp also

What stamp do you mean? Like a re-enter stamp? no.

   You pay $10.00 to park and whatever admission is- i cant remember... and that covers all the rides ( except the sky flyer bungee thingy) If you leave get your handstamped and you can come back in later for no charge.
