Im thinking of holding a intimate luncheon or dinner there for about 30 people and I need some leads on some great places.

I live in Memphis and I would suggest The Pier. It's right there on The River and perfect for what you're going for. It's seafood and a little expensive but worth every penny. You get to eat while you're looking out on the beautiful river and bridge.

That's my first choice if you're going for nice and a view. Other good choices would be Texas de Brazil and Rendezvous.
