I believe that www.acepartysupplies.com and www.bulkpartysupplies.com both accept payment through Paypal. Hope that helps.

you can try www.CelebrateExpress.com or www.acepartysupplies.com, you could search for the item you are looking for and see if any of those sites take paypal, happy birthday!,,
