Do anyone know where I can find a sample letter of the SSCRA?

I called one of my many creditors and they told me they need a letter with company letterhead stating that I'm still in the military and when I joined. I ask around here at my unit and no one can tell me what it looks like.

Your local legal assistance office will draft it for you.  Depending on what branch you are in, they are called different things, but all the branches have them.
