There is a site that sells some classic games on DVD (targetvideo.com). I think they have Florida and Penn State games. FSN South plays allot of classic 80s games on their "Gridiron Greats" show. Now granted, these are Florida teams (UF, FSU and Miami), but they have some old games. As for on-line, I haven't seen any sites with game on them. I would guess you could try a torrent site like "btjunkie.com".
