Do anyone knows if the claymore manga will go over volume 83 ?

The Claymore manga is only up to Volume 15, chapter 82 & is still ongoing in Japan & fan-group scanlations (volume 12 has been released in English by Viz Media).

If you're referring to "chapter 83," then yes Claymore will definitely go well beyond that.  

But if you really are referring to "volume 83," then it at the current pace of about ~2.5 volumes / year (started in 2002 with 15 volumes out now), it will take the mangaka about ~33 years (2035) to get to volume 83 ...  o_O
