It is safe to pay your bills online.  No problem.  Even if you feel it is insecure, you can pay it at any of the e-seva centers available at your nearest place.

Otherwise u may pay bills at u r State Government websites.

Otherwise u may use u r bank account(internet banking) to pay the various bills.
