i am going out tomorrow me and a group of friends to get the b12 injections and the pills. i will like to know if this shot really works because i am about to spend $150 dollars and i really don't have the money to waste i just want to loose weight quick so i will look good for my sister wedding this christmas

First of all B12 shots do not help you to lose weight ! You should not have this injection unless you are lacking B12/are anemic. Too much of a good thing is not a good thing ! I do not know where you got such information but you are about to waste your money. And do not take the pills either unless your doctor has suggested such due to your being anemic !
