Apes are wild animals and even when they have been brought up the same as human  babies they only progress to a certain point.

obviously they have an IQ (nowhere near humans, obviously), as they are capable of learning.

As far as the "albert einstein of monkeys", maybe there is one out there that has big white hair and a moustache.
