  1. Europeans and Asians of intelligence who paid attention in Science class do!

You need to pay more attention in your English grammar class.

    Do Asians believe in Evolution?

  2. Every educated person on the planet accepts evolution. We don't need to..."believe"...in it; it's scientific fact and therefore sound theory!

  3. I'm glad you were smart enough to actually post your question in the Anthropology section (science or Biology as well) I have a degree in Anthropology. Evolution is not a belief. Could you refrain from that please. I do not go into a church made of woolly mammoth tusk with a rosary made of clovis points. But I admit that you coming here is  start. You should rephrase the question as "Do some Asian Ethnic groups accept the scientific theory of Evolution?"

  4. Some do, some don't.  I know Asians who believe both ways, but being Asian doesn't influence their beliefs.

  5. Many of the Asian creation stories have to do with the earth being covered in water. I think that many people, not only Asians, are accepting of the thought of coming from the ocean. It seems, to me, the idea of coming from an hairy creature that is upsetting . Maybe, there is an unknown reason for that.

  6. One does not "believe" in evolution, you either agree that it is the most rational conclusion of how life became so diverse or you do not.

Agreeing with evolution simply means that its assumptions are rational and are supported by evidence that any objective person can verify.

It is not a system of belief because if you were to encounter evidence that strongly disputes evolution then we would be forced to form a new hypothesis that makes testable post/predictions.

So far no such evidence has come to light and so evolution remains in place as the best rational answer to several basic questions about biology but not an answer to all of the basic quesitons in biology.

  7. Excuse me?  As in, Asian people?

Just like any other race in the world, some do, and some don't.  I'm Asian, and I "believe" in evolution, but I'm sure some Asian Creationists, etc. do not.  You cannot generalize these beliefs - opinions can diverse as the number of people in the world.
