  1. my baby seemed to sleep better maybe not more tho

  2. Yes, they tend to sleep more.

  3. nope

  4. it is not proven, but when babies are growing, which is obviously alot, it can take a toll on their body. during the heavier periods of growth they will eat more, gain more weight, and grow more. sleeping helps them re-plenish themselves and get more energy, and they will need MORE sleep when growing because their body is working harder than usual.

  5. i wouldn't think so.

  6. no

  7. My twins always slept and ate more when they were going through a growth spurt! It's perfectly normal :D

  8. yes, while resting with light movement helps growth of babies.

  9. babies sleep 18-22 hrs regardless of state...

  10. babies sleep more more they are growing. That is when there brains developed and bones grow it's fine that's what he needs is to sleep

  11. I have 3 boys and all of them sleep more when they were having a growth spurt - guess their little bodies need more energy then.  The rice cereal is a good start too.  I also would add about 1 tablespoon to their bedtime bottle so they'd get all the way through the night on one feeding.  You'll need to get the cross-cut nipples if you decide to do that so the cereal doesn't clog the opening.  I gave that to all my kids and it filled up their tummies and gave them a little extra nourishment during the growth spurts.  This is such an awesome time - enjoy every second!  They grow up way too fast :)

  12. yes, they do sleep more during a growth spurt.

  13. no that does not affect their sleeping

  14. Definitly, sleep and eat more both.
