Back-swimmers are small water bugs with a hard shell on top and long oars for legs. They live in still water and like swimming pools. They will gladly inhabit chlorine pools, but we don't know if they like salt water pools. They bite hard and it feels like a bee-sting--nasty little dudes, very hard to get rid of.
