Do bala sharks make bubble nest?

well i think its a male and he keeps going down a little and then shoots up and there is alot of bubbles and i never had bala sharks so i dont know

No, it is probably expelling excess air from its lungs. to you feed him with low quality floating food? this could be the problem.
