  1. Yes, until they sell it to someone else, it is legally theirs once they repossess it. So if they don't pay the property taxes, the goverment can take it from them just like any individual. The same goes for property owned by any company too.


  2. yes or they will lose the property.

  3. Yes they do!  As soon as title is transferred to them they are responsible for the property tax.
