  1. Bees dont have ears but im pretty sure the antena get vibrations from sound waves which would be like their hearing only they dont actually hear anything but how will we ever know for sure

  3. They don't have ears but they do have tympanic organs, which are holes with a thin, drum-like membrane stretched across. This is how they hear, although they don't distinguish different sounds the same way that we do, they just sense different vibrations in the air. Their feet and antennae can also feel some vibrations, but the tympanum is the main "ear" for a bee. It's located in the abdomen, which is why you might sometimes see a bee moving its backside up and down as though it's trying to sting, but nothing happens, that's because it's actually trying to "listen."
