Do bench warrants expire?

My fiance had a bench warrant out for his arrest steming from a 2004 ticket for not providing proof of insurance. Since he did not pay it, they put a warrant out for his arrest.

When searching his record, there is a expiration date listed next to the date issued. Do bench warrants expire? What is this date?
