Do biceps and other muscles start shrinking if u stop working out..?

  1. yes they will start to lose their tone if you dont work them out


  2. it depends on your age. if you are over 30-35 yes. then your muscle mass decreases. If you are under that still yes, but it will take a very long time. every day you either add or subtract you cant stay the same.

  3. Yes they do, but when you work out again you can pump up again, as the basic muscle lies underneathe, and can be rejuvenated.

  4. Not necessarily.  Working out tones your muscles, and does not make them bigger, in a sense.

    The only time your biceps and other muscles will change size is in puberty when you're growing.  Lifting and working out just helps tone them, so if you stopped working out, they wouldn't look the same, but they certainly wouldn't shrink.
