Absolutely.  My 3 macaws do.  Usually, it is associated with stooling.

She could trumpet out the national anthem almost in tune at times

And the smell ---- ohhhh golly, never smelt anything like it since--- it could peel paint, and stun an elephant

I saw this question ages ago but didn't know the answer, then just a few hours ago I was holding my little chick and guess what?  They do break wind!
