  1. 1. tuch 1 terminal on a kar battery (be shuer yu dont tuch kar if battery is in a kar).

    It dont hert.


  2. Only if they touch TWO wires at once.  When a bird lands on a wire, they are at the potential of the electricity in that wire but they aren't completing the circuit.

  3. Not if they are touching only one wire.  On the other hand, large birds whose wings could touch two or more wires at once are killed (I once found three baby owls at the base of the pole supporting their nest.  It looks like they were getting ready to learn to fly, and as they spread their wings, got zapped.

  4. If a bird lands correctly the power from the wire travels up one leg and then back down the other making a complete ciruit, hence they don't get electrocuted.
