  2. It depends entirely on who's measuring time. If an observer far outside the black hole could measure time inside the black hole, it would *theoretically* stop completely just beyond the event horizon. For an observer actually moving deeper and deeper into the black hole, time would move at the same normal rate as always.

  3. Yes black holes do create Time like curves so thats why if u in case fall in one time ill stop for u!
