  1. dark atracts heat, that's why when you wear black T-shirt or dark you get hot much faster then with lighter color shirst. You can drink lot of water to lower overheting.


  2. yes because more sun energy is absorbed rather then reflected compared to a white person. However, a person with darker skin will cool off faster in the shade and radiate more heat.

  3. melanin causes the darkness and dark color absorbs more heat(black is the state of no light reflecting-all visible frequencies absorbed; and white is all frequencies of light reflected). but hotness is a measurement of temperature. so it doesn't always mean that you'll get hotter just because you have melanin. in fact, systems exchange heat to reach the same temperature, this is a law of entropy, so if they are in the same environment, a light person will be as hot as a dark one(same temperature). only, the darker person will get hot faster(melanin as good conductor of heat), i guess.
