Do blackberry pearls have video camara?

Nope the only one that can take video is the 8130 (Verizon, Sprint)

There is also the 8120 which has video recording and Wi-Fi but its only for Italy, Spain and the UK. I think its coming to T-mobile and you can use it as the Hot-Spot at home thing, but I don't know when that will happen

I do on my 8130 via Verizon...there is  video link on the home screen.

They do not on the GSM versions such as T-Mobile and AT&T, however on the new CDMA version from  Verizon they do. It is located in the main menu.

The second-generation BlackBerry Pearls all have video recording. These are the BlackBerry Pearl 8110, 8120 and 8130. The 8110 is available on AT&T, as is the Pearl 8120. The 8120 is also available on T-Mobile. The 8130 Pearl is available on Sprint and Verizon.
