Do blind people cry in the same way as sighted people?

I was listening to one of my favorite Stevie Wonder songs (Lately) yesterday in which the lyrics say, "...But what I really feel, My eyes won't let me hide, Cuz they always start to cry..." Which made me wonder if a blind person is affected (in the same way as a sighted person) by the world to cause them to shed tears or whether they cry as a result of processing what they here?

Sorry to sound ditzy. Just trying to put myself in someone elses shoes!...
