  1. Don't waste your money expecting it to actually improve your eyesight...it is scientifically impossible to correct a refraction error in the eyes with vitamins.

    It's just another scam.

    If you have a vitamin A deficiency and have terrible night vision , it could enhance the functioning of the " light receptors"  over time...but not improve the vision itself. The same as Vitamin A in carrots would do.

    If you eat a normal diet...you aren't deficient in vitamin A

  3. I haven't heard about blueberry, but bilberry are good for eyesight.
