  1. you know i thought about that also they can measure how much SUV emissions put out, but the two bombs in japan didn't even cause a blimp on the screen

  2. depends i mean theres differnt bombs

naplam o yeah its gelly gasoline and burns at 1200 or so degrees and creates huge fires....

  3. Probably those had a bit of effect on the climate.  Think about it, if a volcano eruption could cause a 'mini ice-age' (Krakatoa did just that) then several above ground thermo-nuclear explosions probably could do _something_.

  4. I suppose the smoke would have some effect.

  5. Blowing up a nuke doesn't cause any global warming. No scientist has ever made any connection to the two. What's so difficult in understanding the REAL causes of global warming?  It's not nearly as far fetched! Other than the money wasted as well as the fuel burnt, war has no connection to it. But remember...we're fighting a war for oil right now! So,I guess were fighting a war for oil,so we can burn it and die! Real smart energy policy Mr. Cheney!

  6. It's a little hard to tell.  After all the bombs dropped in WWI, the Earth warmed up.  After all the bombs dropped in WWII, the Earth cooled down.  Maybe there's no connection at all.

Or any connection to carbon dioxide, for that matter, considering how the earth cooled during the 1960s and 1970s, scaring everyone into thinking a new ice age was coming.
