I personally think the boy should ask the girl because that's the way it's supposed to be. You don't see women proposing to men. It's part of being manly and masculine. You can also be seen as courageous. If the girl turns you down move on. Ask someone else. Don't give up. I don't know why boys are so scared to ask girls out. That's why girls started asking guys out cause the guys are too chicken. So the girls started doing a mans job.:)
