Do braces taste strange (fitted ones)?.............

like when you l**k a spoon or something made of stainless steal that doesn't have anything left on it (flavoured) it has this wierd kind of taste. do braces taste strange because they are made or stainless steal aren't they?

I thought that too lol but I have had my braces in for nearly two years now and they are fine ..no taste ..nothing ..after a while you dont even realise you have them in

No my braces didn't taste of metal. Sometimes my pink coloured bands would make my tongue taste rubbery. But I think they use a special alloy that wont fill your mouth with rust.

No, they don't taste of metal. They don't really taste of anything and you dont even notice they are there
