No.  The brain function and structure remain the same.  It's the muscular system that degenerates due to zero gravity.

not that I know of. They dont change, because if the changed, it would probably have negative affects on the space guys mission! When they come down to earth (after going to spave) they are alll disey because fi the gravity change, and they have to adjust.
