  1. MURRHHAA, No Bricks does not burn, even if there are a big fire, the

only thing is they will be needed or they will have to be clean very good

after the fire because they will de very Black but not burn. Bricks, and

Blocks dose not burn but a lot of smoke & cuts, so if you are living in a brick or Block house, & there is a fire,  you do not have to worry, you are safe.

    OK mate?.

  2. Brick can burn, bricks contain clay of variable composition, some clays are far more resistant to combustion and used to make fire-bricks, to line kilns in bakeries, foundries and, err, brickyards!  Most bricks tend to be very thermally stable, but I have rebuilt or demolished chimneys which have been burnt to virtual dust - a real brick-killer is for the chimney to have a lot of rainwater running down one side, and hot chimney gases on the other side of it.

Be aware that a lot of stuff burns, if it is hot enough!

  3. no they wont burn in a fire. bricks are a ceramic material and therefore require extremely high temperatures to melt, somewhere around 4000 degrees celsius
