  1. Citizens of Peru residing in United Kingdom have to apply for a visa to British Virgin Islands in person at the nearest consulate of British Virgin Islands in United Kingdom. Please note that the application procedures and fees may vary depending on where you apply. If there is no consulate of British Virgin Islands in United Kingdom there might be a consulate of British Virgin Islands in one of the neighboring countries that covers the jurisdiction of United Kingdom.

    Good Luck)

  2. I snagged this from the BVI tourist board website:

European citizens need a valid passport to enter the British Virgin Islands. However visitors that are residents of certain countries, require a visa in order to enter the BVI. If in doubt about the necessity of a visa, contact the nearest BVI Tourist Board Office, the nearest British Embassy, or contact the Chief Immigration Department, BVI Government at Tel: (284) 494-3471 or 468-3701 ext. 4700.
