  1. I think it's instinct. Because today there was an ant in my kitchen and it walked around all the little drops of water near the sink. Haha. Yeah. sorry for the boring story :)


  2. There is no straight border between acting "on instincts" and "thinking"; you just gain stimulations from the surroundings, your brain analyses it somehow and then reacts properly. Humans and insects "think" the same way, the difference isn't in quality, but quantity.

  3. Bugs act on instinct. People usually follow logic. It makes us rather UNbuglike.  

  4. Most insects run on instict. Some animals, like the ant, perform actions based on a chemical produced by the queen.
